By downloading, installing, or using PaperLink ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

PaperLink is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Generate unique 6-digit codes for URLs and links
• Store these codes and links locally on their device
• Retrieve saved links by entering the corresponding codes
• View a history of saved links with automatically fetched titles

Acceptable Use

You agree to use PaperLink only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Use the App to store or share illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the App

Data and Privacy

PaperLink is designed with privacy in mind:

• All your data is stored locally on your device
• We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data
• You are responsible for backing up your data if desired

Intellectual Property

PaperLink and all related materials are owned by the developer and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only.

Third-Party Content

PaperLink may fetch metadata (such as titles) from third-party websites. We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy, content, or availability of third-party websites
• Any damages resulting from accessing third-party content through the App
• The privacy practices of third-party websites

Disclaimers

PaperLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• All features will work perfectly on all devices
• Your data will never be lost (though it's stored locally on your device)
• Third-party websites will always be accessible

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PaperLink, including but not limited to data loss or device damage.

App Store Terms

Your use of PaperLink is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store. In case of conflict between these Terms and the App Store terms, the App Store terms shall prevail.

Updates and Changes

We may update PaperLink from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We may also modify these Terms, and will notify users of significant changes through the App or this website.

Termination

You may stop using PaperLink at any time by deleting the App from your device. These Terms will remain in effect until terminated. We may terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
